It is five years since we ran our first Outfall Safari along the Ravensbourne river catchment and it’s time to run another health check on our rivers. This is an opportunity for volunteers from Keston to Deptford, from Eltham to Sydenham, to join us and help identify pollution hotspots and raise public awareness around drainage misconnections that can harm our rivers.
We know so many people absolutely loved the successful 2021 festival, it was extremely popular and so much fun! Perhaps you browsed the stalls, kept the kids busy with the funfair and woodland stage or just soaked up the atmosphere listening to the live music on the main stage? It was an amazing event and we'd like it to happen again! However, our wonderful annual festival is in danger of not running this year as we're very low on volunteers. We also need a passionate secretary to help with the general admin throughout the year.
Earthwatch, Yeo Valley and Lewisham Council invite you to attend your local TinyForest tree planting day at Durham Hill. The event takes place on 28th February 11am-3pm.
