On a bright and chilly morning 11 cubs from 25th Lewisham North helped the Nature Conservation Team build a woodchip footpath at Burnt Ash Pond. They all worked very hard and managed to shift a huge pile of woodchip in under 4 hours. The cubs came out to help as part of their Environmental Conservation Activity Badge. Thoroughly well deserved, I think!

A big thank you to all the Cubs for all your hard work on Saturday . It was great to have so many enthusiastic and willing people helping us out. You all did brilliantly, so thanks from everyone here and from the Friends Group!
